Punjab Police Physical Test 2022

The candidates must qualify for the following physical standards at the time of preliminary selection to get these new jobs in pakistan.

Running For to Get Punjab Police Jobs 2022:

Run to get Punjab police jobs will be the first physical test which will be conducted early in the morning on the appointed day.  Candidates are advised to cross the cut-off line within the stipulated time so that the first condition to get these new jobs will be fulfilled.  Candidates should warm up before running.  The best technique for you is to run slowly in the first 2-3 minutes, this will help you build up speed and go faster the rest of the time to beat the finish line time in preparation for this test.  Jogging starts and exercise is too much.  And 1 month before the exam.

Candidates who successfully complete the running test will go for push-ups or breaststroke.  Need to complete 15 push-ups or push-ups in 1 attempt.  Candidates will line up for push-ups where there will be 15 repetitions at a time.  The examiner will call counts 1 and 2, in count 1 your position and thrust will be directly on your arms as shown in figure A or the picture, in count 2, you will place yourself on the ground.  Bend over as shown in Figure B. These are called push-ups or chest pulls.  Exercising at home or at the gym will increase.

Pull-ups / Chin-ups

After push-ups candidates will be asked for pull-ups/chain-ups with 3 repetitions in 2 minutes.  The examiner will repeat the same number 1 and 2 for the pull-ups.  In number 1, you should hang with the pole in an upright resting position as shown in Figure A below.  On count 2 you should lift yourself up so that your chin should be above the pole you are hanging from as shown in figure B.  People often find it difficult because the conductor sometimes stops counting and you have to hang.  In one position or count slowly so you have to stay in both positions for a while Prepare yourself for the chin-up by practicing at home or at the gym.

Sit – Ups

Next up after chin-ups will be sit-ups.  The setup is not as difficult as chin-ups and push-ups.  The term sit-up is very confusing because some people think it is a simple sit/stand but it is the name of the proper exercise where you put both your hands behind your head as shown in the picture below.  There are two steps, one is to place the hands behind the head comfortably and the other is to throw yourself straight and then come up.  There are 15 repetitions per attempt such as push-ups and chin-ups.  As in push-ups and chin-ups, the conductor is numbered 1 and 2 in both the set-up positions as shown in the figure below.  This exercise can be practiced at home but for those who are overweight, it requires intense practice.

Written Test :
